Rotating Equine Medicine and Surgery Internship

The center is pleased to offer one-year rotating equine medicine and surgery internship positions, which commence twice annually; once in the winter and once in the summer. Internship applicants must have a DVM or equivalent veterinary medical degree.

Intern responsibilities include assisting as needed in the anesthesia, nursing/patient care, and imaging departments as well as rotating between the internal medicine and surgery services and rotate in the after-hours emergency and critical care schedule. Interns participate in hospital rounds and case discussions.
