  • Please upload Virginia or Maryland residency form on the Documents section of our supplemental application on VMCAS.

West Virginia residents - September 17 deadline
Please visit http://davismichael.wvu.edu for more information and contact Kimberly Mouser at kimberly.mouser@mail.wvu.edu with questions regarding WV residency.

Please note:

  • If you do not meet the residency application deadlines, it will be assumed you are an at-large applicant, and will remain so even after acceptance and matriculation.
  • If you are active or retired military, and plan on initiating your VA benefits to cover tuition and fees, you must still meet our domicile application deadlines. An applicant is not able to change residency after acceptance, therefore, you are required to notify us at the time of application that you intend to seek VA benefits if accepted into the program.
