The Harry T. Peters, Jr. Large Animal Hospital provides specialized care for all species of large animals, including horses, camelids, sheep, goats, pigs and cattle. We utilize the most recent diagnostic modalities and state-of-the-art technology to both diagnose and treat large animals.
In addition to board-certified
large animal internal medicine and theriogenology specialists, our hospital is fully staffed by 24-hour/day, 7 day/week
licensed veterinary technical support. Designed to handle the most challenging cases, our facilities include a neonatal intensive
care unit, an isolation unit for horses with infectious diseases and specialized stalls for neurologic cases.
