About SCAAEP:
The student chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners addresses the needs of students interested in all levels of equine medicine.
Activities include:
- monthly talks presented by guests involved in various aspects of the equine world
- weekly rounds (Thursdays) in the large animal hospital
- wet labs and mare palpations designed to give students valuable clinical equine experience.
SCAAEP is open to all veterinary students regardless of future career pursuits.
