I am interested in using and developing novel animal models for the study of public health issues.


Research Project Involvement

  • Renal pathology and oncology: Determination of the molecular mechanisms responsible for neonephrogenesis and description of the molecular carcinogenesis of renal cell carcinoma
  • Vaccines and nanoparticles: Development of a piscine model for evaluation of both DNA vaccines and nanoparticulate vaccine delivery devices
  • Horseshoe crab health: Clinical pathology, toxicology and pharmacokinetics
  • Finfish medicine and surgery
