Checks for Cap and Gown - Due Wednesday, February 29, 2008

You will need to turn in two checks to the Office of Academic Affairs for your cap and gown rentals for graduation.

  • Please make both checks payable to: University Bookstore
  • Please date both checks for: March 1, 2008
  • Please make one check for the amount of $150.00. This check will be returned to you when you return your cap and gown to the Bookstore after graduation. That check will NOT be cashed unless the cap and gown is NOT returned and you WILL be billed the remaining amount.
  • Please make the second check for the amount of $41.79. This check will be cashed.

The only item that you will keep from your regalia is the tassel. If you keep other items such as your hood or gown your $150.00 check will be cashed and you will be billed the remaining cost of the regalia (price determined by Oak Hill).

Academic Affairs will submit the checks to the University Bookstore on March 1, 2008.

University Ceremony - Friday, May 9, 2008, 7:30 p.m.
Lane Stadium
