Getting Ready to Graduate?
As you prepare to graduate, there are a number of applications to be made for state licensure, controlled substance registration and federal accreditation (optional). An explanation of how these processes work is detailed in the links provided, below; it is highly recommended that you log onto the actual websites to be assured that you are filling out the most up-to-date forms. These forms are also included in an Information Notebook located on the countertop in the Academic Affairs Office.
Specific questions with regard to any of these processes should be addressed to the agency, directly, to ensure you are receiving the most current information. For assistance with these forms, please contact either Dr. Jennifer Hodgson or Dr. Jacquelyn Pelzer in the Office of Academic Affairs.
North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Entrance into private veterinary clinical practice requires the successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE).
